What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Certain computer games created by Dragon King Studios can be run in your web browser. These game may leave cookies in the form of “save data.” This data is used to preserve a user’s progress and settings between play sessions. This is for the user’s benefit only; Dragon King Studios does not receive this data.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
As previously stated, the website makes use of Google Analytics technologies to learn how the site is used. The non-personally identifiable information gathered includes a randomly-generated user ID (which is not enough to identify you by itself), an anonymized IP address (i.e. part of the address is hidden before being stored so that it cannot be tied to your device), and details on how the user is interacting with our site. This information is used to improve our content and services by determining how users find and interact with our site.
Some of the games developed by Dragon King Studios are built in the Unity game engine from Unity Technologies. If you use one of Dragon King Studios’ Unity-developed games, certain data is automatically sent to Unity Technologies. This information may include a unique device identifier, your device’s IP address, country of install (derived from IP address), and certain software and hardware information related to your device.
Certain data is also sent to Dragon King Studios in an anonymized, aggregated form during use. This data may include country of install, device type, general usage information (i.e. whether you are a new or returning user, how often you use the app daily and for how long), and more specific information on in-game activity (such as “levels” reached, in-game options used, etc., will vary from game to game). It may also include crash reports and usage of achievements and leaderboards (when applicable). As stated before, this information is anonymous and Dragon King Studios cannot use it to personally identify you.
Our games use third-party services to display targeted, interest-based ads to you. Our games may send non-personal information back to our ad providers to tailor their advertisements to your interests. This data may include your device’s unique advertising ID, IP address, general location, and/or device type. Some ads may utilize cookies originating from web browser use to coordinate ads across the games and your browser.
The ad provider used, as well as your options as regard to privacy, differ depending on the game:
Food Chain: There’s Always a Bigger Fish:
Food Chain: There’s Always a Bigger Fish uses Google’s AdMob service to provide interest-based advertising. You have the choice of opting out of interest-based ads through your Android device’s settings (see link 2 under “Further Reading” for more information). If you choose to do this, you will still receive advertisements, but they will not be tailored to your interests and may not be as relevant to you.
For more information on how your data is used by Google’s ad networks and how to opt out of interest-based advertising, see the following link: https://www.google.com/intl/en_US/policies/technologies/ads/

Who we share your data with
As previously stated, Unity Technologies also receives analytical data when users play our games unless the user opts out via a button within that game.
Aside from the above, Dragon King Studios does not share your data with third parties.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. This also does not include data sent to Unity Technologies; that must be done separately through the method described previously, as Dragon King Studios does not control that data.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
